Who is responsible for your data

LetzGetDirty is operated by ZeelotWeb, based in Columbus, Ohio, USA. ZeelotWeb decides how your personal data is used on letzgetdirty.com and is responsible for it. This policy explains what we collect, why, who sees it, how long we keep it and the choices you have.

What we collect

• Account details: your name, handle, email address, password (stored only as a secure hash), language, and your Google account ID if you sign in with Google.
• Profile: your bio, profile photo and cover, and who you follow and who follows you.
• About you and what you want to see (optional): the gender and orientation you choose to describe yourself with, and the kinds of content you choose to see. You don’t have to give these, and you can clear them at any time in Settings.
• What you post and send: photos, videos, captions, comments, likes, lounge posts and photos, and messages.
• Money: token purchases, unlocks, sales, refunds and cashouts; and the PayPal or bank details you give us for payouts.
• Creator verification: your government ID image and its type, a selfie, your legal name, date of birth and country.
• Safety records: reports you make or that are made about you, and moderation decisions.
• Technical data: IP address, browser and device type, and logs of requests to our servers, which we use to keep the service working and secure.

Sensitive information

Because LetzGetDirty is an adult platform, using it can reveal things about your sex life or sexual orientation. The gender and orientation fields are optional and used only to match feeds to what people choose to see. We never sell this information or use it for advertising, and we treat everything you post and view as private to the audiences you choose.

How we use your data

• To run your account and show your content to the audiences you choose.
• To process token purchases, unlocks, Studio subscriptions, refunds and cashouts.
• To verify creators’ identity and age, and to keep the records the law requires.
• To keep LetzGetDirty safe: preventing fraud and abuse, reviewing reports, and enforcing our Terms.
• To send you service emails, such as sign-in and verification emails, receipts, and notices about your account or posts you bought. We don’t send marketing emails without your permission.
• To meet our legal obligations, including responding to lawful requests from authorities.

Where privacy law requires a legal basis (for example in the EU and UK), we rely on: performing our contract with you; our legitimate interest in running a safe service; your consent for the optional gender and orientation fields; and legal obligation for verification and payment records.

What other members can see

• Signed-in members can see your name, handle, bio, photos, follower counts and the lounges you’re in.
• Your posts are shown according to the settings you choose: paid posts are locked until bought, followers-only drops are blurred for people who don’t follow you, and private drops appear only on your profile.
• Messages are seen only by the people in the conversation. We don’t read them, except when needed to investigate a report or when the law requires it.
• Your email, payout details, verification documents and gender or orientation are never shown to other members.

Photos, videos and files

All photos and videos are stored privately and are only ever sent to members who are allowed to see them. We remove location and device information (such as GPS coordinates and camera details) from uploads. Previews shown to people who haven’t unlocked a post are tiny blurred images, never the original.

Identity documents

ID images and selfies are stored encrypted, kept separate from the rest of the platform, and seen only by the staff who review verifications. US law (18 U.S.C. § 2257) requires us to keep them after an account is deleted; we keep them for 7 years after the account is deleted and then delete them.

Payments

Card payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number; Stripe shares with us only what we need to confirm a payment, such as the amount and a reference. PayPal or bank details you give us for cashouts are stored encrypted and used only to pay you.

Who we share it with

We don’t sell your personal data, and we don’t share it for advertising. We share it only with:

• Stripe, to take payments and manage Studio subscriptions.
• Resend, to send our emails.
• Google, if you choose to sign in with Google.
• Our hosting and infrastructure providers, which store and run LetzGetDirty for us.
• PayPal or banks, to send cashouts you request.
• The National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC), law enforcement, courts or regulators when the law requires it, or to protect someone from serious harm.
• A buyer or successor if ZeelotWeb’s business is sold or merged, under the same protections described here.

These providers may process data in the United States and other countries. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers.

Cookies

We only use cookies that LetzGetDirty needs to work: to keep you signed in (including “remember me” if you choose it), to protect forms against forgery, and to remember your language and your age confirmation for your visit. We don’t use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

How long we keep it

• Your account and content: while your account is open. If you delete it, it is removed 30 days later, together with your posts, messages and files, unless you sign back in first.
• Drops: deleted with their files 48 hours after posting.
• Posts you remove that people bought: kept, visible only to buyers, until the end of their cooling-off period, then deleted.
• Payment, sales and payout records: kept after your account is deleted, without your profile attached, for as long as tax and accounting law requires (generally up to 7 years).
• Identity verification records: 7 years after the account is deleted.
• Server logs and uploads you never finished: kept only briefly, then deleted automatically.

Your choices and rights

• See and correct your details: in Settings at any time.
• Control who messages you and who can see each drop, and block people: in Settings and when you post.
• Delete your account: in Settings. It is deactivated at once and removed after 30 days.
• Get a copy of your data, or ask us to correct, delete or restrict it: contact us through the link at the bottom of this page.

Depending on where you live (for example the EU, UK or California), you may have further rights, such as to object to how we use your data or to complain to your data protection authority. We will respond to requests within the time the law requires and won’t treat you differently for using your rights. We may need to confirm your identity first.

Security

We protect your data with encryption in transit, encrypted storage for identity documents and payout details, private file storage, access limited to staff who need it, and optional two-factor sign-in and passkeys. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects you, we’ll tell you as the law requires.

Adults only

LetzGetDirty is only for people aged 18 and over. We don’t knowingly collect data from anyone under 18, and we delete accounts we believe belong to minors.

Changes to this policy

We’ll update this policy when our practices or the law change, and change the date at the top. For significant changes we’ll tell you by email or in the app before they take effect.
