Terms of service

1. Who we are and what these terms cover

LetzGetDirty (“LGD”, “we”, “us”) is an adult creator platform operated by ZeelotWeb, based in Columbus, Ohio, USA. These Terms of Service are a binding agreement between you and ZeelotWeb and cover everything you do on letzgetdirty.com: browsing, posting, buying, selling, messaging and taking part in lounges.

By creating an account or using LetzGetDirty you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy and our 18 U.S.C. 2257 statement. If you don’t agree, don’t use the service.

2. Adults only

LetzGetDirty contains sexually explicit material. You may only use it if you are at least 18 years old and old enough to view adult content where you live (21 in some places). You must not use it where adult content is illegal, or let anyone under 18 see it through your account.

By confirming your age and creating an account you promise that this is true. We will close any account we believe belongs to a minor, and we report suspected child sexual abuse material to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and law enforcement.

3. Your account

One person per account. Give accurate details and keep them up to date.
Keep your sign-in safe. You are responsible for everything done through your account. We recommend turning on two-factor sign-in or a passkey.
Your handle must not impersonate anyone or mislead people about who you are.
Don’t sell, rent or transfer your account.

4. What you can post

You keep ownership of what you post. You may only post content that you created or have every right to share, and only if all of the following are true:

Everyone who appears in it was at least 18 when it was made, and you can prove it.
Everyone who appears in it agreed to being recorded and to it being published on LetzGetDirty, and can withdraw that agreement for future posts.
Everyone who appears in it other than you is also a verified member, or you hold their signed release and ID as the law requires, and you’ll give them to us on request.
It doesn’t break any law where you are or in the United States.

Never post, and never ask anyone for:

Anything involving minors, or anyone who looks like or is presented as a minor, including role-play, costumes or drawings.
Non-consensual content of any kind: hidden cameras, leaked or “revenge” material, content of someone asleep, drunk, drugged or otherwise unable to consent.
Deepfakes or edited sexual imagery of a real person without their written consent.
Incest themes, bestiality, necrophilia, sexual violence, or real or simulated rape.
Human trafficking, prostitution, escort services or offers to meet for paid sex.
Other people’s personal information, threats, harassment, hate speech, or content that promotes self-harm.
Content copied from other creators or sites, spam, scams, malware, or links designed to take payments off the platform.

We may remove any content or account that breaks these rules, with or without notice, and report it to the authorities where the law requires.

5. The licence you give us

So we can run the service, you give ZeelotWeb a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, copy, resize, convert, blur for previews and display your content to the people you choose. This licence ends when your content is removed from the platform, except for copies we must keep by law (see our Privacy Policy) or that a buyer is still entitled to see (sections 9 and 14).

We don’t sell your content, and we don’t use it for advertising outside LetzGetDirty without your permission.

6. Drops

Drops are free posts that any member can share. They work like this:

You can post up to 5 photos or videos in any 24 hours.
Each drop is deleted for good 48 hours after you post it. Deleting a drop early hides it straight away but doesn’t give back your daily allowance.
You choose who sees each drop: Public (in For you), Followers (in For you, blurred for anyone who doesn’t follow you) or Private (only on your profile).
Drops can never be sold, and all the content rules in section 4 apply to them.

Deleted is deleted on our side, but we can’t stop other people from taking screenshots or recordings while a drop is live. Only share what you are comfortable with.

7. Creators, Studio and verification

To post in a Studio and sell content, you need an active Studio and must pass identity and age verification with a government ID and a selfie. We keep verification records as the law requires (see our 2257 statement and Privacy Policy).

Studio Basic costs $9.99 a month and Studio Pro $19.99 a month, billed through Stripe. Plans renew every month until you cancel.
Cancelling stops the next renewal; your Studio stays open until the end of the period you paid for. We don’t refund partial months unless the law requires it.
The 5 most-followed members get Studio Pro free for as long as they stay in the top 5. The free pass ends automatically if you drop out of it.
Studio Pro owners can invite team members. You are responsible for what your team does in your Studio.
If your Studio lapses, posts you already sold stay available to buyers and you can still cash out your earnings.

Creators are independent. You are not an employee, partner or agent of ZeelotWeb, and you are responsible for your own taxes on what you earn.

8. Tokens

Tokens are bought in packs through Stripe and used to unlock paid posts. Some packs include bonus tokens, which spend the same way.
Tokens are a licence to use features on LetzGetDirty. They are not money, can’t be exchanged for cash by fans, can’t be transferred to another account, and don’t expire while your account is open.
All token purchases are final except where the law says otherwise or as described in section 10.
If you delete your account, unspent tokens are lost.
We may change pack prices for future purchases. Tokens you already hold keep their value.

9. Unlocking content

Unlocking a post gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to view it on LetzGetDirty for as long as it stays on the platform. You may not download, record, re-post, share or sell content you unlocked.

If a creator removes a post you bought, it enters a cooling-off period instead of disappearing: sales stop, only buyers can still see it, and every buyer is told the date it goes. That date is 60 days after the post was last bought, and always at least 30 days after the notice. The creator can change their mind and keep it before then. If a creator deletes their account, the date is the day their account is removed (section 14).

10. Refunds

Unlocks are final once content has been made available to you. We do refund in these cases:

If we take down a post you bought because it broke these terms, we refund the full token price to your wallet.
If you were charged for tokens that were never added to your wallet, contact us and we’ll fix it.
Where consumer law in your country gives you a right to a refund.

If you dispute a card payment with your bank instead of contacting us, we may suspend your account while it is investigated.

11. Creator earnings and cashouts

You earn 80% of the token price each time someone unlocks your post. LetzGetDirty keeps 20%.
Earned tokens are worth $0.10 each when you cash out. The minimum cashout is $20 (200 tokens).
You can request a cashout by PayPal or bank transfer. Tokens you request are held until our team pays or declines the request.
We review every cashout before paying it and aim to pay within 7 business days. We may ask for more information, and may hold or decline a cashout that we believe involves fraud, chargebacks or content that breaks these terms. Declined cashouts go back to your earnings.
If a post is taken down and buyers are refunded, your share of those sales is taken back from your earnings. If you have already cashed it out, we absorb the difference.
Only earned tokens can be cashed out. Tokens you bought can be spent but not withdrawn.

12. Lounges, messages and conduct

Lounges are community spaces run by their owners and monitors, who may approve members, remove posts and ban people from their lounge. Messages are private between the people in the conversation, and you control who can message you in Settings.

Be respectful. Don’t harass, threaten, stalk or spam anyone, and don’t try to get around a block, a ban or our moderation. Don’t use LetzGetDirty to solicit meetings for paid sex.

13. Reporting, takedowns and copyright

Use the Report button on any post or lounge post to tell us about content that breaks these terms. We review reports and may remove content, refund buyers, and suspend or close accounts. We prioritise reports involving minors or non-consensual content.

If you believe content on LetzGetDirty infringes your copyright or shows you without your consent, contact us through the link at the bottom of this page with: your contact details, a description of the work or of you, the link to the content, and a statement that the information is accurate and you are the rights holder or the person shown (or authorised to act for them). We act on valid notices promptly. If your content was removed by mistake, you can send a counter-notice the same way.

14. Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time in Settings. It is deactivated straight away and removed for good after 30 days; signing back in before then restores it. While it is waiting to be removed, people who bought your posts can still see them. Pending cashouts must be settled before you can delete your account, and unspent tokens are lost.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, puts others at risk, or is required to be closed by law. Where it’s safe and lawful, we’ll tell you why.

Some records outlive an account: payment and sales records, and identity verification records, are kept as the law requires (see our Privacy Policy).

15. The service as it is

We work hard to keep LetzGetDirty running and safe, but we provide it “as is” and “as available”. We don’t promise it will always be available, error-free, or that content from other members is accurate or lawful. Content on LetzGetDirty belongs to and is the responsibility of the member who posted it.

We may change, add or remove features. If we make a change that materially affects paid features you rely on, we’ll give you reasonable notice.

16. Limitation of liability and indemnity

To the fullest extent the law allows, ZeelotWeb is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, lost profits or lost data. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the greater of $100 or what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

You agree to defend and compensate ZeelotWeb for claims, losses and costs that come from content you post, your use of LetzGetDirty, or your breach of these terms or the law.

Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can’t be limited.

17. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be decided exclusively by the state and federal courts located in Franklin County, Ohio, and you and we agree to their jurisdiction. Before going to court, please contact us so we can try to sort it out informally.

18. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as LetzGetDirty grows or the law changes. For significant changes we’ll let you know by email or a notice in the app before they take effect. Continuing to use LetzGetDirty after that means you accept the new terms.
